What We Do

Since 2006, Woodbridge Health Services has been providing homes for adults with special health care needs.

We operate two Adult Residential Facilities (ARFs) and two Adult Residential Facilities for Persons with Special Health Care Needs (ARFPSHNs). Our homes are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering support with personal and functional needs tailored to each individual.

Based on your needs, we will assist you in accessing medical, nursing, and nutritional services; rehabilitation therapy; in-home services and training; and pharmaceutical needs. Our team members have the skills to competently assist you in gaining timely access to the areas identified above. Not only do we provide excellent nursing care, but we also provide excellent human connection. Our staff are passionate, compassionate and committed advocates for the community.
