Aira Mangaspar, Home Administrator of Meadow Creek Home
Aira began her career with us in 2015. She started at Woodbridge Home INC in 2015 as a Direct Support Professional (DSP).
She quickly moved up to Home Manager, then to Home Administrator. Since October 2020, she has been working as the Home Administrator of Meadow Creek Home. She has been working for years in multiple other assisted living facilities located in the Bay Area. She loves this job because working with our residents helps her discover her ability to be patient and compassionate with others. Meadow Creek Home and Woodbridge Home have taught her the true love and care to provide for our residents and by helping them achieve their goals to have a quality of life.
Nancy Penaso, Direct Support Professional
Nancy has been working as a caregiver even before joining our team. She became the most reliable staff member of Meadow Creek Home since then. She has been with the company for more than 6 years now. She offers solutions and does not complain; she always tries her best to make it work.
Nancy supported and assisted all 6 clients/residents for all their daily needs, including with their behavioral challenges. Nancy keeps the home as harmonious as it possibly can.
Nancy is like a family. And family always supports and takes care of one another.
