Julie Ann Bollinger, Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Julie Ann Bollinger joined Woodbridge Clayton in May 2018, initially working part-time for a year and a half before transitioning into a more involved role. She began her journey by thoroughly familiarizing herself with the clients, their histories, and the care processes, allowing her to provide the highest quality support tailored to each individual's needs.
Before joining Woodbridge Clayton, Julie Ann worked full-time in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for two to three years. While the work was challenging and demanding, she found it deeply fulfilling as a nurse, knowing she was making a meaningful impact on her patients' lives. Seeking a new environment where she could take a more active role in patient care, she chose Woodbridge Clayton, where she values both the strong team dynamic and the commitment to providing the best possible care for clients. She especially appreciates the continuity of care among staff, which ensures consistency and quality in serving the clients.
Currently, Julie Ann is focused on preparing for her upcoming NCLEX-RN exam. She is also grateful for the support and training provided by Woodbridge Clayton, particularly during the challenges of the pandemic, which has strengthened her skills both professionally and personally.
