Mozart Pregil, Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Mozart joined Woodbridge Home / Clayton / Trifari in 2023 through a friend's recommendation. Before transitioning to this role, he worked in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). His experience working with adults with developmental disabilities has emphasized the need for thorough assessments, as individuals in this population may have difficulty expressing themselves. He believes that providing the best care requires looking beyond initial signs and symptoms to truly understand and support each individual’s needs.
One of the aspects Mozart appreciates most about working at Woodbridge Home is the close-knit environment. Being part of a small team fosters a sense of belonging, making it feel like a family.
In his free time, Mozart is a passionate musician who loves playing the piano and performing in bands.
